Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q: Is it true that you offer free shipping?A: We offer free shipping on all orders over $499. Many websites will charge you hundreds of extra dollars to ship you their furniture, but we are often able to beat their prices even before their shipping is added in!
  • Q: How long will it take for me to get my furniture delivered?A: That depends on what you have ordered. Most of our furniture pieces are in stock and ready to be shipped within 3 to 4 business days. If any item is back-ordered or unavailable, we will always notify you via phone or e-mail. If your order will ship earlier or later, it will always be stated on the product page. Look for where it says "Shipping" to know about how long it takes to ship after the product has been crafted.
  • Q: How can I check on the status of my order?A: We will always send you an e-mail whenever your order status has been updated. You should receive a confirmation e-mail after your order is placed, and another when your order is shipped with tracking information. Be sure and check your spam folder or internet filter software such as Norton to make sure you are receiving our e-mails. If you have any questions, you can always call us at 1-800-266-1723.
  • Q: What happens if I don't like the furniture I ordered?A: Hobble Creek Trading has a 7 day no questions asked return policy. If you aren't satisfied, simply call us and let us know what you are returning, and we will credit you for the entire price of your order once the item is received. You are responsible only for the return shipping costs.
